How does the delivery process work at PERFECT.HEALTH ?

The delivery times are only given as an indication and possible delays do not give the right to the buyer to cancel the sale, to refuse the goods or to claim damages.

  • Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
  • Packages are generally dispatched within 48 hours after receipt of your payment.
  • After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
  • Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possible.

How are items packaged?

We package our products with great care. All packages are oversized and protected.

What is the range of locations to which products are shipped?

We ship throughout Germany, France and Begium all over the EU and Overseas, North America, Africa and Asia.

My order has been shipped. Can I track it?

  • Whatever the shipping method chosen, we will provide you as soon as possible with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online. The standard shipping method is followed delivered without signature.
  • You can track the status of your package online 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We dispatch most orders within 3-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

  • Though, we keep 95% of our catalogue in our inventory, certain products need to be sourced directly from the brand itself so that we can live up to our promise of providing fresh, non-expired products.
  • While we are trying our best to avoid this situation, these products might delay your order.
  • If you are ordering our products from a sales event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within 5-6 days of order date.

Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?

Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or the weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases in a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is given to the package containing fragile products.

We have standard shipping charges per order for most addresses within the EU and Overseas, North America, Africa and Asia.

For zone 1 the shipping costs amount to 16 euros for an order of less than 100 euros. After this amount of 100 euros the shipping costs are free. This rate is not valid for deliveries overseas.

For delivery in zone 2, 3, 4 and 5, the shipping costs amount to 16 euros for an order of less than 150 euros. After an amount of 150 euros the shipping costs are free. Find the detail of the shipping costs in this summary table:

Final note

Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand and cannot give you an estimate of the cost because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you are ready to receive your package cleared through customs and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.
