Any order taken on this online sales space implies consultation and prior acceptance of these general conditions.

9.2 - Order taking
The orders taken by the customer are made through dematerialized purchase orders. Any order form signed by the customer by "double click" constitutes an irrevocable acceptance, which can only be called into question in the cases restrictively provided for in these general conditions in the articles "Right of withdrawal" and "Execution of the order" .
In addition, the customer has the right to make recurring orders payable in several installments according to the payment methods available in point 9.7.
9.3 - Confirmation of contractual information

9.4 - Right of withdrawal
The customer has a period of 14 working days to return, at his expense, unsuitable products. This period runs from the day of delivery of the order to the customer. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public or non-working day, it is extended until the next working day.
The product must be returned to GfD.care GmbH | perfect.health in its original packaging and the product must not have been unsealed or opened, so that the customer can benefit from the right of withdrawal.

This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, with the exception of return costs.
In the event of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the customer can request the reimbursement of the sums paid subject to the reshipment at his own expense of the products. This reimbursement will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days of the exercise of this right.
9.5 - Execution of the order
The order will be executed at the latest within an indicative period of 30 days from the day following that on which the customer placed his order.

Cancellation of recurring orders is made by simple written request. The execution is immediate from the reception of the request.
SECTION 10 - Price

SECTION 14 - Password
The customer must have a password to be able to order in the online sales space www.perfect.health. The customer is solely responsible for the preservation and confidentiality of his password.
The client undertakes to take all useful measures to ensure this perfect confidentiality.
The customer undertakes to notify, without delay, of any loss, any oversight or any revelation, voluntary or otherwise, to third parties, of his password.

The client is prohibited from directly or indirectly infringing the property rights of GfD.care GmbH | perfect.health.
SECTION 17 - Liability
